I'm a literature teacher by trade so yeah I do love to read generally. Specifically, I like comics. I've always thought they are the perfect marriage between the written word and visual media. I like to mess around with comics and have an idea book which is constantly being worked on. I think comics have a lot to offer any person, yet I don't think they will ever hold the status of cannonical literature as much as popular culture phenomenon

Ethan wrote <a href="http://http://www.oddnik.com/comics/v/shorts/trial/" rel="nofollow">"Trial"</a> here on this site as well as many others (some of which we'll publish here eventually) that were originally published in the 2 anthologies by Saddle Tramp Press (of which he was also an editor).

Since you appear to have invested interests in the subject matter I wonder if you yourself participate in the design or writing of any comics yourself?
